Introduction
Precipitation Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) is a new type of air flotation equipment developed by Wanchuan Environmental Source in combination with actual use requirements and advanced process technology at home and abroad. The equipment ingeniously combines the air flotation and sedimentation processes in a pool to complete the suspended matter in the water more efficiently.
The system adopts a number of international advanced technologies such as micron technology, inclined plate technology, precipitation technology, and shunt technology, and is currently at the leading level in the domestic industry.
Component
The sedimentation air flotation equipment includes seven systems:
1. Air flotation tank body;
2. Dissolved air system;
3. Skimming system;
4. Sedimentation system;
5. Electric control system;
6. Escalator walkway;
7. Inclined board system (optional selected).
Application Place
The application of Dissolved Air Flotation System is aimed at water quality: the concentration of solid flocs is high, the weight of suspended solids or pollutants is larger than water, and the precipitation phenomenon is significant. Such as oil, fat, food processing, sludge concentration, electroplating industry, pharmaceutical industry, leather industry, etc.
Main Features And Advantages
1. Suitable for water treatment: 1~400 m3/h (single unit)
2. Suitable for high-concentration wastewater (with high content of suspended solids, oil and colloids);
3. The whole machine is assembled and shipped in the factory. On-site installation only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet, venting, slag discharge ports, and power cords;
4. It can be installed indoors and outdoors (the ambient temperature is lower than -10℃, and insulation is required);
5. It can realize unattended 24 hours automatic continuous operation on site;
6. It is convenient for sedimentation and drainage to prevent clogging;
7. It is convenient to stop for cleaning and emptying.
