Introduction
DAF unit is a water treatment process that clarifies wastewater (or other water) by removing suspended matter (such as oil or solids). Dissolved air flotation has been widely used in wastewater treatment.
Structure And Working Process
The method of removal is to dissolve air in water or wastewater under pressure, and then release the air under normal pressure in the air flotation tank.
The released air forms microbubbles or nanobubbles, which adhere to the suspended matter, causing the suspended matter to float on the water surface. It is then removed by the degreasing device.
