Introduction
Wanchuan Environment has designed a dissolved air flotation clarifier for sludge thickening. Our dissolved air flotation (DAF) have a simple, stable structure that allows performance to be maintained under any conditions.
Working Principle
Before further dewatering, they are usually used to concentrate the remaining biological sludge, thereby reducing the polymer consumption in the dewatering system. Used for the clarification of biological sludge after the aeration tank, which can increase the concentration in the aeration tank to 8-10g/l.

Our Advantage
Wanchuan Environment dissolved air flotation clarifier can provide high suspended sludge consistency even without polymer. They come in 16 sizes, ranging from 2 to 18 meters in diameter. The structure of the clarifier allows the water tank to be made of stainless steel or concrete.
The sludge extraction can be automatically controlled with the sludge blanket controller, which allows fully automatic operation while maintaining optimal operating conditions.
