WG series foam scrapers are used for scraping and skimming of various rectangular air flotation tanks. It is divided into two types: chain plate type (suitable for pool width less than 5 meters) and driving type (suitable for pool width greater than 4 meters).
Features
The chain plate type foam scraper is mainly composed of a reducer, a transmission device, a scraper, a main and driven shaft, a chain and a chain bracket. Simple structure, convenient use and stable performance. The speed reducer is adjustable or constant speed.
The traveling-type foam scraper is mainly composed of traveling beam, slag skimming device, driving device, electrical control device, guide rail and collision block. When the machine is working, all the scum on the liquid surface is scraped from one end of the pool to the other end of the pool, and the driving is automatically reversed by the travel switch; The scraper is lifted, and the vehicle starts to run without load. When returning to the end point, relying on the collision block, the scraper fell, and the driving continued to scrape and skim.
