How to improve the performance of Air flotation equipment

2025-04-18
1. Optimize equipment design and structure
Upgrade the dissolved air system: adopt advanced dissolved air technology, such as high-efficiency dissolved air pumps and optimized dissolved air tank design, increase the contact area and time between air and water, and improve dissolved air efficiency.
Improve the structure of the flotation tank: rationally divide the flotation tank, set up guide plates, flow stabilization devices, etc. By optimizing the water flow path and reducing short-flow phenomena, the sewage can be distributed more evenly in the pool and the residence time can be more reasonable, thereby improving the flotation effect. For example, setting a rectification area at the front end of the flotation tank can make the water intake fast and stable, creating good conditions for the subsequent flotation process.
2. Accurately control operating parameters
Adjust dissolved air parameters: accurately adjust the dissolved air tank pressure and dissolved air water return ratio according to water quality changes. Generally, the dissolved air tank pressure is stable at 0.3-0.5MPa, and the dissolved air water return ratio is controlled at 20%-40% to ensure the best dissolved air effect. When treating high-concentration sewage, appropriately increase the dissolved air pressure and reflux ratio to provide sufficient bubbles to combine with pollutants.
Optimize the dosage of reagents: deeply analyze the sewage composition, select suitable flocculants and coagulants, and determine the precise dosage through experiments. When the water quality fluctuates, adjust the type and dosage of reagents in real time to ensure that the reagents and sewage react fully to form dense and easily separable alum flowers.
3. Strengthen equipment maintenance and management
Regular maintenance: Establish a strict equipment maintenance system, regularly check the various components of Air flotation equipment, promptly clean up the blockages in key parts such as dissolved air releasers and scrapers, and replace worn parts. For example, clean the dissolved air releaser once every two weeks and check the tension of the scraper chain every month to ensure stable operation of the equipment.
Promote personnel skills: Provide professional training for operators to make them familiar with the equipment principles, operating specifications and common fault handling methods. Skilled operators can adjust equipment parameters in time according to actual conditions to ensure that the equipment is in the best operating state.
