How to improve the quality of bubble generation of Air floatation device

2025-05-08
To improve the quality of bubble generation of Air floatation device, we can start from the following aspects:
1. Optimize the dissolved air system
Choose a suitable dissolved air method: Common dissolved air methods include pressurized dissolved air, jet dissolved air and impeller dissolved air. The pressurized dissolved air method can make the air fully dissolved in water, and the bubbles produced are small and uniform, which is suitable for occasions with high requirements for bubble quality.
Control dissolved air pressure and time: dissolved air pressure and time are key factors affecting bubble quality. Generally speaking, appropriately increasing the dissolved air pressure can increase the solubility of air in water, thereby producing more fine bubbles. However, excessive pressure will also bring about problems such as increased energy consumption, and the optimal dissolved air pressure range needs to be determined through experiments. At the same time, ensuring sufficient dissolved air time to allow air and water to fully mix and dissolve will help improve the stability and uniformity of bubbles.
2. Improve the releaser
Choose a high-quality releaser: The performance of the releaser directly affects the release effect of bubbles. A high-quality releaser should have good decompression performance, which can quickly decompress the dissolved air water and release the dissolved air evenly in the form of tiny bubbles. For example, the use of porous ceramic releasers or stainless steel spiral nozzle releasers can effectively improve the dispersion and uniformity of bubbles.
Regular maintenance and cleaning of releasers: Releasers may experience problems such as blockage and wear during use, affecting the quality of bubble generation. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly maintain and clean the releaser to remove impurities and dirt attached to the surface of the releaser to ensure its normal operation.
3. Adjust water quality and add reagents
Adjust the pH value of sewage: The pH value of sewage will affect the stability and surface charge properties of bubbles. By adjusting the pH value of sewage to a suitable range, the interaction between bubbles and pollutants can be improved, and the adsorption and carrying capacity of bubbles for pollutants can be improved.

Add appropriate flocculants and coagulants: Before flotation treatment, adding an appropriate amount of flocculants and coagulants to sewage can make the fine particles in the sewage condense into larger flocs, which is convenient for bubble attachment and floating. At the same time, flocculants and coagulants can also adjust the surface properties of bubbles and enhance the stability and quality of bubbles.
