Structure and working process
DAF dissolved air flotation equipment consists of air flotation tank body, dissolved air system, dissolved air return pipeline, dissolved air water release device, slag scraping device (combined type, driving type and chain plate type can be used according to user needs) and electronic control It is composed of cabinets and other components.
Air flotation separation technology means that under a certain working pressure, air and water dissolve the gas into the water to a greater extent, striving to be in a saturated state, and then release the formed pressure-dissolved gas water through decompression to produce a large number of fine bubbles , Fully contact with the suspended flocs in the water, so that the suspended flocs in the water adhere to the microbubbles, and float to the water surface together with the bubbles, forming scum and scraping off the scum, thereby purifying the water.
Air flotation mainly plays a role of solid-liquid separation (at the same time it can reduce COD, BOD, chromaticity, etc.). After adding the flocculant PAC or PAM to the raw water, after an effective flocculation reaction (time, dosage and flocculation effect must be determined by experiments), the raw water enters the combined air flotation contact area. In the contact zone, the microbubbles in the dissolved gas water and the flocs in the raw water adhere to each other and enter the separation zone together. Under the action of the buoyancy of the bubbles, the flocs and the bubbles rise to the liquid surface together to form scum. The scum is scraped to the sludge area by the scraping device. The clean water in the lower layer flows by itself to the clean pool through the water collection pipe. Part of the clean water is returned for use by the dissolved air system, and the other part is discharged.
