Structure And Working Process
DAF flotation equipment includes separating solids from water and attaching solids to fine bubbles to reduce the density of particles and make them float instead of sinking. The rising solid is called a "float". The float is skimmed from the surface and further processed in the sludge treatment.

Flotation is better than precipitation
1. It can remove low-density particles, which will take a long time to settle.
1. Low-density particles require a long time to settle.
2. Capable of handling different solid loads (air flow can be adjusted).
3. The configuration of the medium allows to reduce the air volume by encouraging the diffusion of fine air bubbles in the aeration system.
4. High ascent speed allows small tanks.
5. It can provide higher float concentration. (Good concentration)
