Introduction
Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) separation technology means that air and water are dissolved in water under a certain working pressure, and air is dissolved in a saturated state. Then, the pressure formed by the release of reduced pressure dissolves the water and produces a large number of small bubbles. It is in complete contact with the suspended flocs in the water, so that the suspended flocs in the water are attached to the microbubbles and float to the surface with the bubbles to form scum, which is then scraped off to purify the water.

Working principle
Air flotation is mainly manifested as solid-liquid separation (at the same time reducing COD, BOD, chroma, etc.). Add flocculant PAC or PAM to raw water, after effective flocculation reaction (time, flocculant dosage and flocculation effect must be determined through experiments), The raw water enters the joint air flotation contact area. In this area, the microbubbles in the dissolved air and the flocs in the raw water adhere to each other and enter the separation zone together. Under the action of the bubble buoyancy, the floc together with the bubbles rise to the surface of the liquid to form scum. The scum is scraped into the sludge area by the scraper. The clean water in the lower layer flows to the clean water tank through the collection pipe. Some water is recirculated for the dissolved air system, while another part is discharged.

4. The device adopts a new type of dissolved air release device, which has good air release performance, and the average particle size of the microbubbles is only 3~7μm.
5. This device adopts chain scraper, which is stable and reliable in operation and high in scraping efficiency.
