Introduction
Shallow air flotation unit is an advanced fast air flotation system. On the basis of traditional air flotation theory, the "shallow layer theory" and "zero speed" principle have been successfully applied. The main body of the equipment consists of a pool body, a rotating water distribution mechanism, It consists of a dissolved air release mechanism, a frame mechanism, and a water collection mechanism. The water inlet, the water outlet and the scum discharge outlet are all concentrated in the pool area. The water distribution mechanism, the water collection mechanism, and the dissolved air release mechanism are all closely connected to the frame and rotate around the center of the pool body.

Working Principle
The high-efficiency shallow air flotation enters the mixing reactor in the raw water, and the coagulant and flocculant are added to the pipeline mixing reactor to form separable flocs, which are released through the dissolved air release mechanism to release tiny bubbles (bubble diameter range 5～10um )mixing. These tiny bubbles adhere to the flocs in the sewage, forming air floats with a specific gravity less than water. The floating body rises on the water surface and condenses into floating oil (or scum), which is scraped by the oil (slag) scraper to the oil (slag) tank.
