Introduction
High-efficiency shallow ion flotation is an advanced water treatment technology. It dissolves air in water to form tiny bubbles, and uses these bubbles to combine with impurities such as suspended matter and grease in the water to make the impurities float to the water surface to form scum, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation. At the same time, the effect of ions can enhance the binding force between bubbles and impurities and improve separation efficiency.

Structure And Working Process
High-efficiency shallow ion flotation is an advanced rapid flotation system. On the basis of traditional flotation theory, it successfully applies the "shallow theory" and "zero speed" principles. The main body of the equipment consists of a tank body, a rotating water distribution mechanism, a dissolved air release mechanism, a frame mechanism, and a water collection mechanism. The water inlet, water outlet, and scum discharge outlet are all concentrated in the tank body area. The water distribution mechanism, water collection mechanism, and dissolved air release mechanism are tightly connected to the frame and rotate around the center of the tank body.
High-efficiency shallow flotation When the raw water enters the mixing reactor, coagulants and flocculants are added to the pipeline mixing reactor to form separable floccules, and the tiny bubbles (bubble diameter range 5~10um) released by the dissolved air release mechanism are mixed. These tiny bubbles adhere to the flocs in the sewage to form a floating body with a specific gravity less than water. The floating body rises to the water surface and condenses into floating oil (or scum), which is scraped to the oil (scum) collection tank by the oil (scum) scraper.
