The Rotary Grille Decontamination Machine is widely used in sewage and rainwater pumping stations and sewage treatment plants, intercepting and retrieving coarse floating and suspended solids in sewage, protecting and reducing loads in the subsequent sequence, and is suitable for grid wells where the water depth does not exceed 2m.
Working principle and structure
It is mainly composed of electric drive device, frame, rotary chain, tooth rake, grid bar and other components. The high-chain grille decontamination machine is equipped with a single tooth rake that rotates under the drive of the chain, that is, when the chain is driven by the top driving device to run clockwise, the tooth rake frame is constrained by the chain and the guide rail to move in a plane. A complete set of cyclic actions of slag removal, slag conveying, slag unloading and transposition are completed within one week of chain operation, and the slag is discharged to the conveyor through the relative movement of the top slag unloading device and the decontamination rake. When working, sewage flows through the grid gap of the grid, and the garbage intercepted on the grid surface is picked up by the rake teeth driven by the rotary chain and transported from the bottom to the top. The rubber cleaning plate is scraped off.
