Working principle
The peripheral drive scraper is composed of working bridge, scraper arm and scraper assembly, central support, driving mechanism, collector, electric control box and other main parts, as well as the outlet triangular weir plate, flow stabilizer, slag baffle, scum scraper board, etc.
The working bridge revolves around the centre support, which is fixed to the pool's centre pier, and is propelled by the driving mechanism situated on the periphery. The logarithmic spiral scraper, which rotates in response to a scraper arm suspended underneath the working bridge, gathers the sludge that settles at the bottom of the tank and transports it to the central mud collecting pit. The scum scraper and the peripheral slag baffle plate create a tapered area that collects the scum on the liquid surface. The scum scraper then scrapes the scum to the slag collecting bucket and empties the pool.
