Working principle
The peripheral drive scraper is composed of working bridge, scraper arm and scraper assembly, central support, driving mechanism, collector, electric control box and other main parts, as well as the outlet triangular weir plate, flow stabilizer, slag baffle, scum scraper board, etc.
The working bridge is driven by the drive mechanism installed on the periphery, and rotates around the center support installed on the center pier of the pool. The scraper arm suspended under the working bridge drives the logarithmic spiral scraper to rotate, and the sludge deposited at the bottom of the tank is collected by the scraper to the central mud collecting pit. The scum on the liquid surface is concentrated in the tapered area formed by the scum scraper and the peripheral slag baffle plate, and is scraped to the slag collecting bucket by the scum scraper and discharged out of the pool.
Application field
It is mainly used for radial flow primary sedimentation, sludge discharge in secondary sedimentation tank, and sludge discharge in concentration tank. It is a new type of sludge scraper.
