1. Efficient separation

2. Short residence time
The residence time of the flotation process in the equipment is relatively short. Usually, the residence time of sewage in the flotation equipment is about 10-30 minutes, which is much shorter than the sedimentation process. This makes the equipment occupy a smaller area, has a stronger processing capacity per unit time, and improves the overall efficiency. Calculated based on the treatment of the same scale of sewage, the floor space occupied by the flotation equipment can be reduced by 30%-50% compared with the sedimentation equipment, which greatly saves space resources.
3. Strong adaptability
It can cope with a variety of water quality conditions, whether it is high-concentration organic wastewater, oily wastewater, or wastewater rich in suspended solids, it can play a good role. In the treatment of wastewater generated by different industries, such as food processing, petrochemicals, printing and dyeing, etc., efficient treatment can be achieved by adjusting process parameters.
4. Recyclable useful substances
When treating certain sewage, flotation equipment can achieve solid-liquid separation of pollutants and recover valuable substances at the same time. For example, in the treatment of papermaking wastewater, fine fibers can be recovered, and the recovery rate can reach 70% - 80%, which not only reduces production costs, but also reduces resource waste.
5. Easy to operate

The equipment operation is relatively simple and easy to master.
