Daily cleaning of Air flotation device

1. Cleaning of flotation tank
The flotation tank is the core component of the equipment and needs to be cleaned regularly. First, drain the sewage in the pool, and use a high-pressure water gun to rinse the pool wall and bottom to remove the attached scum, sludge and impurities. Pay special attention to the corners of the pool bottom and near the guide plate. These areas are prone to dirt accumulation and should be cleaned to prevent them from affecting the water flow distribution and flotation effect. The cleaning frequency depends on the sewage quality and treatment volume. When the water quality is poor, it is recommended to clean it at least once a week; when the water quality is good and the treatment volume is stable, it can be cleaned once every two weeks.
2. Cleaning of dissolved air system
The dissolved air tank and dissolved air pump are key parts of the dissolved air system. Check the dissolved air tank regularly, open the drain valve, and discharge the silt and impurities that may accumulate in the tank to avoid blockage and affect the dissolved air efficiency. For the dissolved air pump, check whether there is dirt on the surface of the pump body, wipe it with a clean rag, and keep it in good heat dissipation. At the same time, check the inlet and outlet pipes of the pump, clean the sediment in the pipes to prevent obstruction of water flow. Generally, the dissolved air system is fully inspected and cleaned every half a month.
3. Cleaning of dosing system
The dosing box and dosing pipes need to be maintained regularly. If there is crystallization or precipitation of reagents in the dosing box, it should be cleaned in time to avoid affecting the concentration of the reagents and the accuracy of dosing. The dosing box can be rinsed with clean water. If necessary, chemical cleaning agents can be used to dissolve stubborn stains, but it should be noted that it should be rinsed with plenty of clean water after cleaning to prevent the residual cleaning agent from affecting the subsequent dosing effect. The dosing pipeline is easily blocked by corrosion and crystallization of the reagents. The pipeline should be backwashed every week to ensure smooth transportation of the reagents.

4. Cleaning of scraper During the operation of the scraper, the scraper and chain are prone to scum and other impurities, which need to be cleaned regularly. After stopping, use a brush to carefully clean the scraper surface to ensure that the scraper can fit closely to the surface of the flotation tank and efficiently scrape off the scum. At the same time, check whether there is any debris entangled on the chain, remove it in time, and ensure the flexible operation of the chain. After each scraping operation is completed, the scraper should be simply cleaned, and deep cleaning and maintenance should be performed once a week.
