2. Failure of the scraper
Reason: The chain or belt of the scraper is loose or worn; the scraper plate is damaged or improperly installed; the motor fails.
Solution: Adjust the tension of the chain or belt, replace the severely worn parts; repair or replace the damaged scraper plate, ensure that it is installed in the correct position and keep a proper distance from the bottom of the flotation tank; check the wiring and insulation of the motor, and repair or replace the faulty motor.
3. Equipment leakage
Cause: The seals of the connection parts of the equipment are aging and damaged; the tank body is corroded and perforated; the pipeline is broken.
Solution: Replace the aging or damaged seals, such as sealing rings, gaskets, etc.; repair the corroded parts of the tank body or replace the damaged parts, and use anti-corrosion paint for protection; find the location of the pipeline rupture, weld and repair or replace the broken pipeline section.
4. Dissolved air pump failure
Cause: The impeller of the pump is worn and blocked; the bearing is damaged; the suction pipeline is leaking.
Solution: Clean the debris on the impeller, repair or replace the worn impeller; replace the damaged bearing; check the sealing of the suction pipeline and repair the leak.
