Installation steps of shallow air floatation

2025-04-28
The installation steps of shallow air floatation are as follows
1. Preparation before installation
Before installing the shallow air floatation equipment, it is necessary to fully check whether all parts of the equipment are intact, including the air floatation tank, dissolved air system, scraper, dosing device, etc. At the same time, determine the installation location according to the equipment installation drawing, ensure that the ground is flat and solid, the bearing capacity meets the equipment operation requirements, and reserve sufficient operation and maintenance space.
2. Tank installation
Lift the various components of the air floatation tank to the installation location according to the design requirements, use a level to calibrate the level of the tank, and control the error within a very small range. Use bolts or welding to firmly connect the various parts of the tank to ensure that the connection parts are well sealed to prevent leakage during operation.
3. Dissolved air system installation
The dissolved air system is the core component of shallow air floatation, and the dissolved air tank, dissolved air pump and related pipeline valves need to be accurately installed. Fix the dissolved air tank at the designated location, connect the water inlet pipe, water outlet pipe and air pipe, and pay attention to the correct direction of the pipeline connection. When installing the dissolved air pump, ensure that the pump body is firmly fixed to the foundation, connect the power supply and conduct a test run, and check whether the pump is running and the pressure is normal.
4. Installation of scraper and other components
When installing the scraper, ensure that the scraper track is flat and smooth, and the scraper plate is kept at a suitable distance from the bottom of the pool body to avoid friction between the scraper plate and the bottom of the pool. Then install other components such as the dosing device and the liquid level control system, connect the corresponding pipes and lines, and ensure that all components are firmly installed and tightly connected.
5. Debugging and inspection

After all components are installed, fill water into the flotation tank to check whether the tank body and each connection part are leaking. Start the dissolved air system, scraper and other equipment, observe whether the equipment is running smoothly, and check whether the dissolved air efficiency, scraping effect and other indicators meet the design requirements. If there is any abnormality, adjust and handle it in time until the equipment runs normally.
