1. Preparation before starting
Equipment inspection: Carefully check whether the connection of each component of the flotation equipment is firm, and whether there is any sign of looseness or damage. Check the dissolved air system to ensure that there is no leakage in the dissolved air tank, air compressor, pipeline, etc., and the valve opening and closing state is correct. Observe whether the scraper chain and scraper are intact and whether they can operate normally.
Water quality analysis and reagent preparation: Detect the water quality of the sewage to be treated, prepare appropriate amounts of flocculants, coagulants and other reagents according to its characteristics and treatment requirements, and configure the solution according to the prescribed proportion.
Water injection: Inject clean water into the flotation tank to the predetermined water level, turn on the dissolved air pump, let the dissolved air system start working, and gradually adjust the dissolved air pressure to the prescribed range to make the dissolved air water reach a good state.
2. Operation and operation
Sewage introduction: Slowly open the sewage inlet valve to introduce sewage into the flotation tank, control the inlet flow to be stable within the equipment design processing capacity, and avoid excessive or too small flow to affect the treatment effect.
Drug addition: According to the water quality and treatment effect, the amount of flocculant and coagulant added is accurately controlled through the dosing device, so that the agent and sewage are fully mixed and reacted, and the pollutants are flocculated into larger particles.
Dissolved air release and flotation: The dissolved air water releases tiny bubbles through the releaser, and the bubbles adhere to the flocculant particles and float to the water surface under the action of buoyancy to form a scum layer. Observe the flotation effect, adjust the dissolved air water volume, pressure and agent addition amount in time to ensure that the scum layer is stable and the separation effect is good.
Scraping: When the scum layer accumulates to a certain thickness, start the scraper and scrape the scum to the slag discharge tank. Note that the scraping speed should not be too fast or too slow to avoid affecting the scraping effect and equipment operation.
3. Shutdown process
Stop water inlet: First close the sewage inlet valve and stop injecting sewage into the flotation tank.
Stop dosing: Turn off the dosing device and stop adding drugs.
Emptying and cleaning: Open the drain valve to drain the water in the flotation tank, and then use clean water to flush the inside of the equipment, including the flotation tank, dissolved air system, pipelines, etc., to remove residual impurities and reagents.
Shut down the equipment: Turn off the power of the dissolved air pump, scraper and other equipment in turn, and finally turn off the main power.
