Structure And Working Process
Theoretically speaking, the treatment effect of air flotation is not directly related to the residence time, but only related to the area of air flotation. If the air flotation area of the water depth H is reduced to the water depth H/10, then the air flotation distance and residence time will both be Shrink 10 times, this is the famous "Shallow Pond Theory". The purpose of adding the inclined tube to the air flotation zone is to increase the air flotation area and greatly reduce the Reynolds coefficient, so that the air flotation can be avoided in the turbulent flow state, creating a good laminar flow state, and achieving the effect of shallow air flotation.
In the same way, when the density of suspended matter is greater than 1, due to the installation of the inclined pipe group, the effect of shallow pool sedimentation will be produced, so that the sedimentation will proceed under turbulent flow conditions. Pollutants with a large particle size and a large specific gravity that are not easy to float will be concentrated in the mud gathering area to achieve the purpose of water purification.
