Introduction

Working Principle
Special Dissolved Air Flotation Machine for Wastewater Treatment mainly plays a role in solid-liquid separation (at the same time, it can reduce COD, BOD, chromaticity, etc.). Coagulants and flocculants are added to the raw water. After an effective flocculation reaction time, the raw water enters the combined air flotation contact zone. In the contact zone, the microbubbles in the dissolved air water and the flocs in the raw water adhere to each other and enter the separation zone together. Under the buoyancy of the bubbles, the flocs and bubbles rise to the liquid surface together to form scum. The scum is hung to the sludge area by the scraper. The clean water in the lower layer flows to the clean water tank through the water collection pipe. Part of the clean water flows back for use in the dissolved air system, and the other part is discharged.
The refluxed clean water passes through the jet suction device, and under a certain working pressure, the air is dissolved into the water to the maximum extent, becoming dissolved air water. The dissolved air water is released in the contact area of the flotation tank through the rapid decompression of the release device to form microbubbles with a diameter of 5-10μm. The microbubbles can adhere to the flocs in the raw water. It dissolves air by pressurizing seawater, and then releases a large number of tiny bubbles under decompression. These bubbles contact and adhere to impurities such as suspended particles and organic matter in the seawater during the rising process, forming a gas floating body with a specific gravity less than water, which quickly floats to the water surface to achieve solid-liquid separation.
