Introduction
Integrated high-speed flotation for phosphorus removal is an efficient water treatment technology.
The Flotation Dephosphorization of High-Phosphorus technology mainly uses the principle of flotation. By introducing tiny bubbles into the water, suspended matter and pollutants such as phosphorus in the water are combined with the bubbles to form a flotation body and float to the water surface, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation. At the same time, a specific phosphorus removal agent is added during the treatment process to react chemically with the phosphorus in the water to further enhance the phosphorus removal effect.

Structure And Working Process
The process starts with the water to be treated and enters the inlet tank through an inlet header. This tank reduces the speed and distributes the water over the length of the container. In order to optimize the treatment, a multi-point inlet header was designed, where white water, highly saturated pressurized air flow, and hydraulically purified effluent were injected, and flocculants were injected where applicable.
Then, the waste water enters the flotation area and generates microbubbles from the white water attached to the surface of the particles, which affects the density of the particles, causing the suspended solids to float to the surface of the centrifuge tank, where they are skimmed off by a chain, and then fly into the sludge funnel. The treated wastewater is continuously removed at several points in the water film and discharged to an outlet chamber through a pipeline weir. From there, DAF uses the following technologies to achieve high-rate removal efficiency with lower operating costs, smaller footprint, and longer life:
