How to control the spray thickness of TJ Type Releaser

Use the spray gun's regulating valve to control ejection volume. Adjust air pressure/hydraulic system and valve position according to required thickness. Select appropriate nozzle size - smaller diameters for thinner coatings, larger for thicker coatings.

Maintain consistent 15-20cm distance between spray gun and mold surface. Keep moving speed uniform - too slow causes thick coating, too fast causes thin coating. Practice to find optimal speed.

Use a wet-film thickness gauge immediately after spraying to measure coating thickness. Adjust spraying parameters and redo if thickness is outside required range.
