How to use TJ Type Releaser

Thoroughly clean the mold surface, removing all debris, dust, grease, or previous release agent residues using appropriate solvents. Contaminants can reduce effectiveness or affect product quality.

For small/medium molds, spray evenly from 15-20cm distance using overlapping patterns. For large/complex molds, use brushing or wiping with clean tools. Ensure thin, uniform coverage without streaks.

Allow proper drying time as specified (minutes to hours). Avoid touching the coated surface during this period to prevent film damage. Consider environmental factors like temperature and humidity.

Monitor release performance and reapply when adhesion signs appear or product defects emerge. Frequency depends on molding cycles, materials used, and operating conditions.
